Your First Visit

On your first visit to our clinic, we will undertake an extensive analysis of your oral health.

This normally includes, but is not limited to:

• Recording your medical and dental history.
• Thorough oral examination.
• Panoramic x-rays.

We may also take:

• Intra- and extra-oral photographs.
• Maxillary impressions and bite registrations to create plaster models.
• Face-bow measures to assess the case from almost every possible angle.
• Anterior teeth measurements.
• Color samples.
• Periodontal measurements.

Based on the gathered information, we can then provide you with a diagnosis and discuss possible treatment plan options, of course including the respective differences in duration, prognosis and budget.

If you live abroad and want to know your treatment options with us and their respective costs before traveling to Colima, fortunately, a great part of the information mentioned above can be shared with us over phone and e-mail.

We’ll call or e-mail you with questions about your oral health, and most probably you have already seen a dentist back home and count with a recent panoramic x-ray or even more material on your case (photos, dentist reports, plaster models, …), which you can forward to us for a general insight.

This will be the first step for us to advise you on the different treatment options we have for you, together with the respective time frame and budget.
